Generalist Engineer — Secret Project
Delft and Rotterdam, Netherlands • Full-time/Internship • On-site
The Purpose
We are always interested in exceptional people.
Sometimes the right person does not fit neatly into a job description. Sometimes we meet someone unusually sharp, agentic, technical, creative, or obsessive, and it becomes obvious that we should find a way to work together.
This page is for those people.
We are building a new kind of hydrogen hardware company. Most of our work is public enough to explain: cheap green hydrogen, rotating electrolyzers. Some of the more interesting problems are still early, messy, or confidential.
We do not promise that there is a perfect open role today. But if you are exceptional, we want to know you.
What we’re looking for
Strong candidates usually have:
Unusual agency: you make things happen without needing much structure.
Very fast learning speed.
Strong technical taste and first-principles reasoning.
Evidence of building, fixing, designing, testing, or otherwise making real things happen.
Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage problems.
These are strong pluses, not strict requirements:
You have built impressive projects outside school or work.
You have worked in startups, labs, competitions, student teams, open-source projects, research groups, or unusual technical environments.
You can cross domains: hardware, software, electronics, materials, chemistry, manufacturing, or whatever the problem needs.
You have won things, shipped things, broken things, repaired things, or learned your way into a hard field.
People who know you would describe you as unusually intense, curious, useful, or hard to replace.
